Kurt - Kurt (Indoor Exhibition)
Kurt-Kurt
Lübecker Straße 13, 10559 Berlin, Germany
Thu – Sat: 3 – 8 pm
The project space Kurt-Kurt at the birthplace of the writer Kurt Tucholsky offers the opportunity to discover all instructions created by the 16 international artists as well as some additional artworks by some of the (re)connecting.earth artists.
At Kurt-Kurt, which as an “urban laboratory” has set itself the task of addressing the urban context of Berlin‘s neighborhood Moabit, visitors experience the works in a different setting in contrast to the exhibition at the allotment gardens. The instructions can be found both in large format on the gallery walls and in poster format stacked next to each other on minimalist pedestals. The posters enable the discovery of the references (artist's name, title, etc...) of each instruction and furthermore offer visitors the possibility to choose their favorites and take them home.
