Kleingärten (Outdoor Exhibition)
Gaußstraße 14 / 10589 Berlin
The allotments of Gaußstraße 14 are known for their innovative ecological and artistic approach and pose a unique exhibition setting. The spectators of the instructions created by the 16 international artists are put into direct contact with the surrounding nature. Placed within wooden frames along the pathway called "Schwarzer Weg" they invite to take a stroll through one of the approximately 70.000 allotment gardens in Berlin that were already constructed during the first industrialization to bring nature closer to the citizens.
